Summary

The second report from The Southern Initiative (TSI) focused on the work undertaken since October 2016.

The co-design team refined and tested nine prototypes that included:

  • a minor repair service for low cost and high impact repairs for private rentals and low income homeowners, including a landlord liaison role
  • building capacity and capability of existing curtain networks
  • testing whether power vouchers and education would help whānau to heat their home more in winter.
