The vaping products market in 2022 is estimated to be approximately $404 million. This includes manufacturers, importers, and specialist vape retailers. It does not include general retailers, such as dairies or grocery stores. This estimate is based on the information that has been entered correctly, but due to the errors it is difficult to ascertain its accuracy.
This figure is also inclusive of all notifiable products (vaping, smokeless tobacco and herbal smoking products).
However, the information in the 2022 annual returns is inaccurate due to data entry errors and a misunderstanding of data requirements. For this reason, the data contains significant error and should not be relied upon for thorough research and analysis.
