Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Act

The Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Vaping) Amendment Act 2020 came into force on 11 November 2020 (except for section 31 which came into force on 28 November 2021) and the provisions in the Amendment Act will be phased in.
