The 2009 New Zealand Oral Health Survey (NZOHS) is the first nationwide survey of oral health in New Zealand in over 20 years. The survey was carried out from February to December 2009, and was a follow-up to the 2006/07 New Zealand Health Survey. The survey collected self-reported information on the oral health of 4906 New Zealanders, and included dental examinations for 3196 New Zealanders.
