Improving Alignment of Family Start and Well Child Tamariki Ora Services

Closer alignment of Family Start and Well Child Tamariki Ora supports the Better Public Services Result Action Plan for Supporting Vulnerable Children and the Children’s Action Plan. Improving alignment of Family Start and Well Child Tamariki Ora means more families, and particularly vulnerable families, have access to a network of services that delivers coordinated care.

In 2012, the Ministries of Health and Social Development engaged Kaipuke Consultants to undertake research with Family Start and Well Child Tamariki Ora providers to identify how Family Start and Well Child Tamariki Ora services can be better aligned. This report presents the final findings of this stakeholder research.
