The Service Coverage Expectations (SCE) and Operational Policy Expectations (OPE) form part of the Government Policy Statement on Health (GPS) 2024-27 bundle of operational documents.
The SCE and OPE are endorsed by the Minister of Health every year. These are long standing documents and can be updated throughout the year to reflect new Ministerial and Cabinet decisions.
