These documents have been proactively released by the Ministry of Health on behalf of the Minister of Health, Hon Dr Ayesha Verrall and the Associate Minister of Health, Hon Peeni Henare.
They provide context around the Government's decision to amend the Therapeutic Products Bill to create an exemption regime for small-scale natural health product producers and remove most obligations for rongoā.
