What is the PRMS
The Provider Regulation and Monitoring System (PRMS) is a web-based case management system which provides Health New Zealand staff information on:
- certification status of facilities
- audit reports for public hospitals
- key dates and compliance history
How to access the PRMS
Health New Zealand users can visit the PRMS via the URL: https://providerregulation.moh.health.nz/navigator/
This URL must be accessed via the Connected Health Network. A login and password provided by the Ministry of Health are required. To connect to the PRMS via the Connected Health Network, you will need to contact Health New Zealand’s internal IT support.
