It is with sadness that the Ministry of Health acknowledges the recent passing of Fiji Permanent Secretary for Health and Medical Services, Dr Jemesa Tudravu.

Dr Andrew Old, Deputy Director-General, Public Health Agency in the Ministry of Health said, “Dr Tudravu dedicated more than thirty years to Fiji’s health sector and made important contributions to improving health outcomes both in his own country and also across the Pacific.

“We will remember him for his dedication and commitment to ensuring people remain at the centre of health care.”

The Ministry extends its condolences to Dr Tudravu’s family, friends, and the Fiji Government.
