This Regulatory Impact Statement was prepared by the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and Manatū Hauora – the Ministry of Health. It provided analysis for the purpose of informing final Cabinet decisions regarding the future of the COVID-19 Public Health Response Act 2020.
