The Annual Cold Chain Management Record is a tool for immunisation providers designed to allow them to keep their daily minimum and maximum temperatures recordings and a record of their cold chain actions, equipment checks and services in one place.

The information recorded in the Record is based on the requirements in the National Standards for Vaccine Storage and Transportation for Immunisation Providers 2017, 2nd edition.

This guide replaces the previous versions of the Annual Cold Chain Management Guide and Record. Providers who are still using old hard copies of the Guide and Record should ensure that they refer to the current Standards for any cold chain reference information.
