This document sets out the Ministry’s strategic Intentions for the 2021-2025 period. It explains our kaitiaki role in the Health and Disability System, our priorities in relation to that system including our COVID-19 response, implementing the Health and Disability System Reforms and other priorities where we seek better health outcomes for New Zealanders.
