Publications relating to primary health care in New Zealand.
This booklet looks at the work community-based health professionals are doing to promote to 'Better, Sooner, More Convenient' primary health care. Examples include intravenous antibiotics to treat the serious skin disease cellulitis, surgery to remove skin lesions and giving GPs direct access to diagnostic imaging (instead of having to refer patients to hospital for that imaging).
