Border worker testing notifications

If you have received a notification via text or email from the Border Workforce Testing register (BWTR), please see below for more information on testing requirements for your notified testing cycle.

Please Note: Regardless of the testing cycle in your notification:

  • If you work at a Managed Quarantine Facility two or more days within your testing cycle start and end date, you are required to meet the testing requirements for the ‘Daily’ testing cycle.
  • If you work at a Managed Isolation Facility two or more days within your testing cycle start and end date, you are required to meet the testing requirements for the ‘Twice weekly’ testing cycle

Daily

If you work two or more days at a Managed Quarantine Facility within 7 days, you are required to provide a test every day you are onsite.

Twice weekly

If you work two or more days at a Managed Isolation Facility within 7 days, you are required to provide two tests at least two days apart by your due date.

Saliva

You are required to provide two saliva tests at least two days apart, by your due date.
