We’re coming to talk to you about Disability Support Services
Disability Support Services wants to talk with you about supports and services, and how well they work for you, your family and whānau.
A team, including the new Deputy Director-General Disability, Adri Isbister, is travelling to towns around New Zealand in September and October, and we want to hear about the services you use or provide and what we need to be planning for the next five years to make improvements.
Where are we meeting?
These community conversations will be held in regional areas as well as some main cities. View time and location details below to find out when we will be in your area.
If you can't attend the community conversations, join us for a livestream on this page on Thursday 17 October at 6pm. More details will be available soon.

What will we talk about?
This is a chance for you to meet Adri Isbister, and hear her vision for the Directorate and the future of disability supports and services. We also want to hear about the existing supports and services you or your whānau access or provide.
Thank you to those who have already shared their stories, experiences and ideas about disability supports and services.
We’ve used what you’ve told us to develop the first stage of a new strategy and want to know if we’re heading in the right direction.
