Irritable bowel syndrome
If you suffer from an upset stomach regularly, you may have irritable bowel syndrome – a condition which causes bloating, abdominal pain and alternating constipation and diarrhoea.
Many people suffer from irritable bowel syndrome at some point. While it’s very unpleasant, it doesn’t cause any lasting damage. It’s still important to get it checked out, as other illnesses can cause similar symptoms.
