Review of Primary Health Organisation Management Services
01 March 2005In March 2004, the Ministry of Health contracted Capital Strategy Limited to undertake a review of Primary Health Organisation (PHO) management services. The review comprised a survey/questionnaire and meetings with a sample of 14 PHOs. In addition, discussions were held with the 10 corresponding DHBs and a number of other stakeholders.

Access to cancer services for Māori
02 February 2005The Ministry of Health contracted with the Wellington School of Medicine and Health Sciences in 2004 to undertake a research project focussed on reviewing available baseline cancer data and its quality for Māori and non-Māori, identifying the range of interventions to address barriers to access for Māori, and assessing barriers to access and recommended interventions.

Tracking the Obesity Epidemic
