Business Objects Data Guide version 2.0

Published online:

The Pharmaceutical Information Database (Pharms) is a data warehouse that supports the management of pharmaceutical subsidies.

Pharms contains claim and payment information from pharmacists for subsidised dispensings that have been processed by the General Transaction Processing System (GTPS).

As at July 2012, the Pharmaceutical Collection holds claims for around 840 million scripts.

This data guide describes the classes and objects that make up the Pharms Business Objects Universe. It:

  • describes the information available within the Business Objects Universe
  • provides an alphabetical listing of classes and objects
  • links objects within the Business Objects Universe to fields and elements with the PHARMS data dictionary.

Please note, Business Objects is currently being decommissioned.
