Contracts and service specifications

On this page you can find the contract documents for disability support services funded by the Ministry.

The Ministry is currently transitioning disability support services to new contracts under the Streamlined Contract Framework. We will make updated service specifications available on this page as they move to the new framework. Streamlined Contract Framework

These documents are for services that have moved to the Streamlined Contract Framework. This section will be updated with further Service Specifications as we work through the transition to the new framework.

Outcome Agreement

The Outcome Agreement is the new Agreement replacing the previous Residential and Non-Residential DSS contracts.

Tier One Service Specification

The Tier One Service Specification specifies requirements common to all disability support services funded by the Ministry under the Streamlined Contract Framework.

Tier Two Service Specifications

Tier Two Service Specifications detail the service specific requirements for disability support services funded by the Ministry under the Streamlined Contract Framework.

The Ministry has three types of contracts that it uses with organisations that provide disability support services. Residential and non-residential contracts are being phased out with the introduction of the Streamlined Contracts Framework.
