1 The Ministry of Health and ACC has a joint Service Agreement with St John Emergency Communications Limited (SJECL) (a subsidiary of St John) to manage the Clinical Control Centres in Auckland and Christchurch.

2 The Ministry of Health and ACC has a joint Service Agreement with the Central Emergency Communications Limited (CECL) (a 50:50 joint venture between St John and WFA). Wellington Free and St John jointly manage the third Emergency Ambulance Communication Centre in Wellington.
